2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, grooming products)

  • Products with hygiene concerns (innerwear, masks, etc.)

  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

  • Customized or made-to-order products

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos/videos if applicable

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item to us

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked for UPI/Bank details

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing the order

  • If already shipped, the order must go through the return process

7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.

8. Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If the package you receive is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Tempered or opened

  • Has missing items

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing video (if available). Delayed claims may not be accepted.
